- ⅓ cup mayonnaise
- ⅓ cup plain yogurt
- ⅓ cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- ½ teaspoon kosher salt
- 10 grinds fresh black pepper
- 2 teaspoons white wine vinegar
- ¼ cup fresh herbs such as basil, parsley and chives
- Fresh Herb Variations - I like to use chives, parsley and basil for a simple basic flavor, but you can also use cilantro, thyme or dill for different variations. These stronger tasting herbs will drastically change the flavor of the dip, but are each delicious in their own way!
- Parmesan Cheese Variations - Freshly grated Parmesan is best for this dip. You can also substitute feta or blue cheese for a variation.
- White Wine Vinegar - Can be substituted with red wine vinegar or lemon juice.
- Greek Yogurt - Can be used for a thicker dip.
