Ingredients

  • 3 Tablespoons red wine vinegar
  • ½ teaspoon sugar
  • 1 clove fresh garlic minced (1 large or 2 smaller cloves)
  • cup buttermilk
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 5 ounces gorgonzola or blue cheese

Instructions

  • Add the vinegar and sugar to a bowl and mix to dissolve the sugar. Finely mince the garlic and add it.
  • Add all other ingredients and whisk until fully combined. Refrigerate for 30 minutes before serving to thicken.
