- 3 Tablespoons red wine vinegar
- ½ teaspoon sugar
- 1 clove fresh garlic minced (1 large or 2 smaller cloves)
- ⅓ cup buttermilk
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 5 ounces gorgonzola or blue cheese
Add the vinegar and sugar to a bowl and mix to dissolve the sugar. Finely mince the garlic and add it.
Add all other ingredients and whisk until fully combined. Refrigerate for 30 minutes before serving to thicken.
